Distillery Information
Champagne Savart (labelled as Frederic Savart) is a small Champagne producer making broad portfolio of sought-after wines in small quantities, from just 4 hectares (10 acres) of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines. These are located in Ecueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds, just south of Reims. These holdings are divided between 50 small plots, all of which are rated Premier Cru. The soils of Ecueil tend to be more sandy, with some mid-slope clay. Those of Villers-aux-Noeds are more chalky.
