Description
White Wine: 2020 | Domaine Dominique Cornin | Pouilly-Fuissé Les Chevrières
Cornin opted to bottle his 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Chevrières without filtration, but the resulting wine is a touch turbid. Offering up aromas of white flowers, pear, citrus oil and fresh mint, it’s medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with tangy acids and chalky structure, but it sacrifices a bit of precision due to its turbidity.

Producer Information
At Domaine Dominique Cornin, the vine is a story of heritage. Dominique’s ancestors worked this land of Burgundy with love and transmitted to him gestures, know-how and respect for nature. It is now the turn of Romain, son of Dominique, to add his stone to the building with the fierce ambition to make the estate progress even further.
Here everything contributes to the pure expression of the terroir: organic certification, practice of biodynamics, plowing by horse, minimal interventions in the cellar.
A work of precision and mastery, from the vine to the bottling, for fleshy Chardonnays marked by the brilliance of the fruit and the minerality. A great Mâconnais classic to taste without delay.
