Producer Information
Etienne Courtois is located in the heart of Sologne on an 18 hectare estate including 6 hectares of vines. It is here that he took over the estate from his father Claude Courtois and like him he produces natural wines. Respect for the soil, the vines and the grapes are values anchored in his work. Etienne does not carry out any chemical intervention in order to preserve living soils and microbial life. The vines are surrounded by fields, woods and are grassy. As for the harvests, they are carried out by hand. From this culture, Etienne produces pure and mineral wines which he ages for a long time in barrels (18 to 30 months).
