Description
Red Wine: 2017 | Ken Wright Cellars | Bonnie Jean Vineyard Pinot Noir
Sourced from young vines, this is a forward and fruit-driven wine. The flavors are smooth and lightly high-toned, with currant and sweet tomato. There’s a splash of lemon oil, and the finish has a nice kick to it.

Producer Information
Ken Wright Cellars is an Oregon-based wine producer located in Carlton. The estate is focused on the production of single-vineyard Pinot Noir wines from various subregions within the Willamette Valley. Ken Wright established the estate in 1994, after previously owning Panther Creek Cellars in McMinnville. Wright was a leading advocate for the passage of six AVAs in the Northern Willamette Valley and wrote the proposition for the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The estate owns vineyards and sources fruit from vineyards in this AVA as well as Eola-Amity Hills, Ribbon Ridge, Dundee Hills and McMinnville to produce terroir-driven Pinot Noir wines. The small collection of white wines are produced from Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
