A sensational Hungarian red wine, Egri Bikaver is one of the most famous and regarded in the country. The 2016 vintage was crafted with grape varieties including Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Zweigelt, Kékfrankos and Blauburgercomes which were harvested from the Eger wine region of northern Hungary.

In the Egri cattle region, we work with many varieties, which is why cross-breeding plays an even greater role than usual. The white counterpart of the red Egri Bikavér is the Egri Csillag. We make both wines in several quality categories. The classicus is a drinkable, high-quality wine for everyday use, while the superior and grand superior show higher quality and more and more characteristics of the place of production.
