Producer Information
Andremily is a southern California wine producer, specialising in wines made from Rhône Valley varieties, with a focus on Syrah. The brand was established by husband-and-wife team Jim and Rachel Binns, who named the winery after their two children, Andrew and Emily. For many years prior to the establishment of Andremily, Binns worked as viticulturist for Manfred and Elaine Krankl of cult winery Sine Qua Non. Andremily is based in Ventura, just east of Santa Barbara County, in the Los Angeles County AVA. Wines are primarily sourced from across Santa Barbara although the so-called “estate vineyard” is located at Slide Hill, in the Edna Valley AVA. Other fruit sources include the Alta Mesa, Larner and White Hawk vineyards – all in Santa Barbara. Wines are released via mailing list and production is relatively small.
