Producer Information
Cavas Mestres is a historic Spanish Cava producer, renowned for its long-aged sparkling wines and innovative approach to winemaking, particularly its pioneering of the Brut Nature style. The winery, established in 1925 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, is deeply rooted in tradition, with a history as vine growers and wine merchants dating back to 1312. Mestres is known for its commitment to quality, using traditional methods, including aging in chestnut barrels and hand riddling and disgorging, to produce exceptional Gran Reserva wines.
