Distillery Information
Champagne Deutz is a notable Champagne house of the Aÿ region, well-known for its balanced, elegant wines made from the classic Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The core wines in the portfolio are the Brut Classic and Brut Rosé. On top of this, Deutz makes vintage expressions in Brut, Brut Rosé and Brut Blanc de Blancs versions, and a range of prestige cuvées, including the William Deutz Brut Millésime, and the Amour de Deutz Brut and Brut Rosé. Nearly 80 percent of fruit is sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. Most of Deutz’s vineyard holdings are in the Aÿ region, with additional plots in the Côte de Blancs. The house also uses grapes from contract growers.
