Gin Eva Citrus bergamot was distilled in January 2017 as a small batch of fresh bergamot oranges (interesting cross of lime and bitter orange) from Valencia and blended it with a distillate of Macedonian Juniper.

Gin Eva Citrus Bergamia is with fresh bergamot and Macedonian juniper. That’s all. No other botanicals neccessary – this manages to be hugely expressive and generally yummy with just those two.
