El Destilador tequila (or “The Distiller’s Tequila”) is made under the auspices of the Destileria Santa Lucia (under the NOM Tequilera Newton E Hijos) made to represent the tradition and culture of Mexico. El Destilador comes in highly stylized bottles with metallic etchings and an interesting space-capsule looking shape. El Destilador Blanco tequila is their un-aged (or “white”) expression, meaning it is un-aged and bottled directly from the still.

Nose: Smooth, Fruity, Sweet, Herbal, Pepper.
Palate: It has bright, clean agave flavors with hints of citrus and a touch of grassiness.
