Its mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley ensures that there’s a hefty dose of spice alongside the creamier chocolatey notes from the corn, and this particular edition was bottled at 53.2% ABV. As always, the bottle is a delight, too.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
