W. & J. Graham’s 2003 First Flight Colheita Port is a type of fortified wine produced in Portugal. It is a blend of wines from the 2003 vintage that have been aged in oak casks for more than 10 years. This type of port is very rare and sought after by wine collectors and enthusiasts. It has a deep ruby colour, with aromas of dried fruits, nuts and spices. On the palate, it is sweet, with flavours of ripe cherry, plum, vanilla, fig and chocolate. The finish is long and lingering, with notes of spice and caramel.
