This VS cognac is crafted with grapes from Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, and Bons Bois terroirs. It is double-distilled at the Unicognac facility using swan neck stills, then aged in Limousin and Troncais oak casks for at least 3 years before being blended.
Prince de Didonne VS Cognac Tasting Notes
Nose: It’s a mellow and balanced cognac with maple and pecan rolls on the nose.
Palate: It’s silky smooth on the palate with honeysuckle, jasmine, baking spices, caramel, and vanilla.
Finish: he finish is satisfyingly long with lingering notes.
