The first release from Four Pillars’ Bartender Series is the Spiced Negroni Gin! This was developed with Jason from Sydney’s The Rook Bar and Four Pillars distiller Cameron, with the intent on making a gin perfect for use in a Negroni cocktail – an honorable endeavor. To do this, they boosted the amount Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon used, and added Grains of Paradise, organic blood orange and ginger to the recipe.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.

Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
