Nose: Warm notes of mahogany, rich fudge and freshly baked, moist fruit cake.

Palate: Smooth with rich sherry-soaked fruits. Fudge and dark caramel add a creamy depth, balanced with subtle wood spice.

Finish: Traces of dried fruit.

Angels’ Nectar is an independent bottler that takes its name from the process of alcohol evaporating from casks as they age. The idea is that the rising spirit goes to the ‘angels’ and this bottler is suggesting that its whisky is as good as what the angels taste… The brand does bottle some excellent single malt and blended malts, presented as naturally as possible without added colouring or chill-filtration and showcasing a variety of styles and cask profiles.
