He was a Czech entrepreneur and the founder of the Jelínek Distillery, which gained international recognition for producing high-quality spirits, especially fruit brandies. Inspired by his family’s heritage, Jelínek decided to continue the legacy and founded his own distillery in the town of Vizovice in 1967.
