Nose: Sweet butterscotch, plums, and berries, buttered malt loaf.
Palate: Nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger lead with creamy vanilla, rich roasted oak, a touch of dark honey cake followed by yet more baking spice.
Finish: A prickle of peppercorns, underlying dried herbs, spiced biscuits, and dense, dried fruits.
