A 1987-vintage single grain whisky from Caledonian distillery from Signatory Vintage. The distillery closed in 1988, but you can still its huge central chimney, towering over Edinburgh’s Haymarket station. This was distilled on 24 March 1987 and bottled from a single hogshead on 7 May 2018 at cask strength.
