This Gamay shows deep fuchsia in the glass with an aroma resplendent of the color. Sweet earthy petrichor on the nose, along with notes of black currant and red plum. Subtleties of vanilla, baking spice, and black tea on the tongue. Pairs well with great company on an afternoon for savoring. We made this wine thoughtfully to show itself best with age.
